Shipping policy

1. Processing and Deployment

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your purchase. Our fulfillment centers operate exclusively Monday through Friday. We do not process or dispatch shipments on weekends or recognized international holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

We cover the freight. Jeshua Wear offers 100% Free Standard Shipping on all global orders.

3. Global Transit Times

We currently offer one tier of Standard Shipping. Once your gear is dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • United States: 8 days average transit time.

  • European Union: 9 days average transit time.

Please note that these are average estimates provided by our freight partners. Operational delays at international borders or local carrier disruptions are outside of our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Because we ship globally, your local government may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. Jeshua Wear is not responsible for these charges. The customer is entirely liable for any customs clearance fees required to release their gear at the border.

5. Tracking and Delivery Liability

Once your gear has cleared dispatch, you will receive an automated email containing your official tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the freight carrier's system to update with your initial transit status.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier and the tracking network confirms a successful delivery to your specified address, Jeshua Wear relinquishes liability for the physical package. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property or misplaced after delivery is confirmed. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure prior to checkout.
