Refund policy
Jeshua Wear is engineered for the frontline. We stand behind the structural integrity and quality of every piece of heavy-duty apparel and forged hardware we issue.
If your uniform does not fit your operational needs, we adhere to a strict, streamlined return protocol.
1. The 14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, the commission is considered final, and we can no longer accept the return.
2. Condition of Gear
To be eligible for a return, the gear must be returned in its original, issued condition:

Apparel: Must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Hardware (Jewelry): Must be free of scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear, and returned inside its original packaging.
If an item is returned to us showing signs of wear, damage, or odor, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return logistics. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the gear back to our armory. (Note: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable).
4. Final Sale & Exclusions

Discounted Gear: Any items purchased at a discount or during a sale are strictly Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

The Promotional Standard (Free Gift): If your order included a promotional gift (such as the Free Archival Hat for orders over $200), and your return brings your total order value below that $200 threshold, the unwashed/unworn hat must not be returned alongside your clothing.
5. Return Protocol (How to Initiate)
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Include your official Order ID (e.g., JW-1001) in the subject line.

State which item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
Our team will verify your request and issue your prepaid shipping label along with further deployment instructions.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
